Join the Lift

I am in the process of creating a non-profit organisation called The Lift. I have seen so many amazing and intelligent women side-lined in their careers because of having children or taking time off to look after relatives. These caregiver roles often come down to women and they either juggle everything or take a career break from which they never fully recover from. 

I would like to see all these women owning their own businesses, thriving financially and personally. My goal is to create a network of coaches who can work with women who can’t afford to hire a coach on a pro-bono basis. The next phase of the plan is to provide microloans to new business owners and assign them a mentor to help their business grow. 

The interest received from the microloans will be donated to charities in developing countries who are already working to help women achieve educational equality and financial independence.  #JoinTheLift
